Mixing Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, protein powder, chopped dried apples, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Add almond butter, maple syrup, and applesauce to the dry mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
  3. Use your hands to form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Refrigerate the balls for at least 15–30 minutes to enhance flavors and firm up.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze them for up to 3 months.
