Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Slice tomatoes, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 10 minutes to draw out moisture, then pat dry.
  5. Layer half of the bacon, onions, and tomatoes in the pre-baked pie crust. Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients.
  6. Mix mayonnaise, shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and herbs in a bowl, then spread the mixture over the layered ingredients.
  7. Bake the pie for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
