- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-cup Bundt pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 cups of flour, 3/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat 1 cup of butter and 1 1/2 cups of sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add 4 eggs one at a time and mix in 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mix, alternating with 1 cup of Baileys and 1 cup of sour cream.
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
