- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillet on a lined baking sheet, skin side down. Generously coat the top of the salmon with the marinade.
- Cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and refrigerate the marinated salmon for 15 to 30 minutes if time allows.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Once the oven reaches the desired temperature, place the baking sheet with the marinated salmon on the middle rack. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
- For a gorgeous finish, switch your oven to broil for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
- Once out of the oven, let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes, then garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve alongside lemon wedges.
