  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced or ground ginger as alternative
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup or pureed tomato
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch or tapioca starch
  • 1/4 cup Water

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. In a bowl, whisk two eggs until frothy.
  3. In a resealable bag, add the panko breadcrumbs and then add the coated cauliflower florets. Shake to coat each piece evenly.
  4. Arrange the coated florets in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In a saucepan, combine the orange juice, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sriracha, and ketchup. Bring to a gentle boil.
  6. Mix cornstarch with water until smooth, then stir into the boiling sauce until it thickens (about 2-3 minutes).
  7. Drizzle the sauce over the baked cauliflower and serve hot, garnished with chopped scallions if desired.
