  • 2 tablespoons Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Sliced Bananas

  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
For the Frosting
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Room temperature
  • 1 cup Confectioners Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Warm the Milk: Heat lukewarm milk in a saucepan, add butter and sugar until melted.
  2. Make the Dough: Combine flour, yeast, and salt. Add warm milk mixture and mashed banana.
  3. Knead the Dough: On a floured surface, knead the dough for 6-8 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let Rise: Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 to 1.5 hours.
  5. Roll Out: Roll the dough into an 18x12 inch rectangle.
  6. Spread Filling: Spread softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and sliced bananas on the dough.
  7. Cut the Rolls: Roll the dough tight and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  8. Second Rise: Let the cut rolls rise for 45-75 minutes covered.
  9. Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F, pour cream over rolls, bake for 30-35 minutes.
  10. Make Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter, adding sugar and vanilla until smooth.
