  • 1 medium Ripe Banana Choose bananas with brown spots
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Raw or organic preferred
  • 1/2 cup Milk Dairy or plant-based
Optional Ingredients
  • 5-6 pieces Ice Cubes Optional for a chill factor
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Chamomile Leaves For garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brew the Chamomile Tea by boiling water and steeping chamomile for about 5 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature.
  2. While the tea cools, peel and slice the ripe banana into small chunks.
  3. In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, sliced banana, honey, and milk. Optionally add ice cubes.
  4. Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour into a glass and garnish with dried chamomile leaves or a slice of banana.
