- In a mixing bowl, whisk together ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup sweet chili sauce, 2 tablespoons sriracha, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until smooth.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
