Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken thighs into 1-inch cubes and combine with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl until smooth for the Bang Bang sauce.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  4. Brush the skewers with the prepared Bang Bang sauce and air fry at 400°F for 12-15 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and is golden brown.
  5. Remove skewers from the air fryer, brush with more sauce, and serve garnished with fresh parsley or sesame seeds.
