Basic Muffin Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a 12-cavity muffin tin.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, and avocado oil until smooth.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture about 18 times.
- If using any extras, gently fold them into the batter after mixing.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 12-17 minutes or until golden brown and springy to the touch.
