Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Combine 1 cup of jasmine rice with 2 cups of beef broth in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté 1 diced onion for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add 1 pound of ground beef to the skillet and brown for 5-7 minutes, breaking apart as it cooks.
  4. Stir in 2-3 chopped bell peppers and 2 cloves of minced garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked jasmine rice, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
