Berry Croissant Bake Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
- Cut stale croissants into bite-sized pieces and layer half in the baking dish. Sprinkle half of the mixed berries on top.
- Repeat with remaining croissant pieces and berries.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Pour the custard mixture over the croissants and berries, pressing down slightly to ensure absorption.
- Let the assembled bake rest for about 10-15 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate overnight.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the custard is set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
