Step-by-Step Instructions for Bruschetta Pizza
  1. In a small bowl, grate garlic cloves and mix with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet on the middle rack for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out pizza dough into a 12 to 14-inch round shape on a floured surface, aiming for ¼ inch thickness.
  4. Brush dough with garlic oil, then layer on mozzarella cheese evenly.
  5. Transfer to preheated stone or sheet, bake for 10-14 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
