Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thinly slice the English cucumber using a mandolin or a sharp knife, aiming for uniform slices about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Add the imitation crab meat to the bowl with the cucumber, followed by the sliced green onions. Pour in the soy sauce, sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper, and add the spicy mayo.
  3. Secure the lid on the bowl and give it a vigorous shake for about 15-30 seconds to mix well.
