Step-by-Step Instructions for Antojitos
  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, diced green chilies, shredded cheddar, finely diced red onion, bell pepper, sour cream, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne.
  3. Spread the filling over each flour tortilla, roll tightly from one end to the other.
  4. Slice each rolled tortilla into five equal pieces at a 45-degree angle.
  5. Arrange the cut antojitos on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes, then broil on high for 5 minutes.
  6. Once golden brown and crispy, let cool for a couple of minutes and serve with the basil pesto sour cream dipping sauce.
