Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil water in a large pot for spaghetti. Cook spaghetti for 1 minute less than package directions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, diced bell peppers, minced onion, garlic, diced pimentos, chicken broth, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish and transfer the spaghetti mixture into it. Spread evenly and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly, creating a golden crust.
  5. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then serve.
