- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, honey, dark brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Whisk vigorously for about 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Incorporate the room temperature egg and vanilla extract into the wet mixture. Continue to whisk until fully integrated.
- Gently sprinkle the flour, baking soda, and kosher salt over your wet mixture. Fold together carefully until no flour streaks remain.
