- Begin by chopping the onion, garlic, ginger, and Thai chili peppers. Cut the crab in half and clean the shrimp.
- In a large pot, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Stir in garlic, ginger, and chili peppers, cooking another minute.
- Add cleaned shrimp, sauté for 3-4 minutes until bright orange and opaque, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add crab pieces and cook for 3-5 minutes, releasing aroma and soaking up flavors.
- Pour in water and add Knorr Chicken Cube, stirring to dissolve. Cover and boil for 5 minutes. Then add tomato paste and banana ketchup, cooking 2 more minutes.
- Return shrimp to the pot and add green onions. Cook for 1-2 minutes and season with salt and black pepper.
- Stir in beaten egg and mix with cornstarch slurry. Cook, stirring, until sauce thickens (about 2-3 minutes).
