Preparation Steps
  1. Cook Bacon: In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and fry the bacon strips until crispy, about 7-10 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and chop.
  2. Prepare Tortellini: Boil salted water, add frozen cheese tortellini, and cook for 3-5 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. Make Dressing: In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, salt, oregano, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add cooked tortellini, bacon, pepperoncini, Parmesan, red onion, and tomatoes to the dressing. Toss gently to coat.
  5. Chill Salad: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to meld flavors.
