Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Gather your pizza pan and mixing bowls.
  2. Brush your pizza pan with ½ tablespoon of melted butter to prevent sticking.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine ¼ cup flour, ⅓ cup white sugar, ½ cup packed brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Add in 2 tablespoons of room-temperature butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Lay the store-bought pizza dough on the prepared pizza pan, stretching it to fit. Brush the remaining melted butter evenly.
  5. Sprinkle additional cinnamon evenly over the buttered pizza dough.
  6. Distribute the crumb topping evenly over the pizza.
