Preparation

  3. Add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; stir to combine.
  4. Fold in flour and rolled oats until just combined.
  5. In another bowl, mix melted vegan butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the swirl.
  6. Drizzle this mixture over the batter and swirl gently with a knife.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
  8. While baking, prepare the frosting by mixing melted vegan butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
  9. Cool the bread for 10 minutes, then frost and serve warm.
