- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl: whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and ½ teaspoon of kosher salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of whole milk, 1 large egg, ½ cup of melted unsalted butter, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
