Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a shaker or mason jar, pour in 1 cup of chilled coconut water, 2 tablespoons of hibiscus syrup, and the juice of half a lime. Optionally, add up to a tablespoon of sugar or sweetener. Seal the jar tightly and shake gently to combine.
  2. Add a handful of ice cubes to your shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until chilled.
  3. Carefully strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice cubes, using a fine mesh strainer.
  4. Garnish with coconut flakes and edible hibiscus flower petals, serve immediately.
