- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat, then whisk in 1/4 cup of flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Gradually whisk in 2 cups of chicken broth and 1 cup of milk, stirring constantly until thickened, around 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in 2 cups of cooked chicken and your choice of frozen vegetables.
- Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
