Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and yeast until evenly incorporated.
  2. Gradually add warm water, honey, and olive oil to the dry mixture, stirring until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Turn the shaggy dough onto a floured surface and knead gently for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Transfer the dough into a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour.
  5. After rising, punch down the dough, divide into two portions, and shape each into a loaf.
  6. Cover the loaves and let them rise again for about 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F.
  7. Score the tops of the loaves with a sharp knife and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  8. Once baked, allow to cool on a wire rack for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
