- In a mixing bowl, blend 1 cup of softened cream cheese, 1.5 cups of crushed Oreo cookie crumbs, 0.5 cup of protein powder, 0.25 cup of milk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract using a hand mixer or a wooden spoon. Mix for about 2-3 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
- If the mixture appears too dry and crumbly, gradually add more milk, one tablespoon at a time, mixing after each addition until the mixture reaches a pliable and non-sticky texture.
