Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 10-12 minutes, then drain and reserve some cooking water.

  5. Combine beef broth and cornstarch, pour into the skillet while stirring until sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat, add cream cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  7. Slowly add Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese, stirring gently and adjusting seasoning.
  8. Toss the drained pasta with the sauce, using reserved pasta water to adjust the consistency if needed.
  9. Serve immediately with fresh herbs and extra cheese if desired, alongside a salad or garlic bread.
