Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thoroughly wash baby potatoes under cold running water and halve each potato.
  2. In a large pot, boil salted water and add the halved potatoes. Cook for 10-12 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat and add broth and heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, and herbs. Adjust seasonings to taste.
