Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a baking sheet, arrange tomatoes and garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt. Roast for 35-40 minutes.
  3. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté diced onions for 1-2 minutes until translucent.
  4. Add roasted tomatoes and garlic, tomato paste, and vegetable broth to the pot. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  5. Return the mixture to the pot. Stir in heavy cream, salt, seasoning blend, and smoked paprika. Simmer for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve hot with garnishes.
