Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather your ingredients: milk, protein powder, caramel sauce, frozen banana, vanilla extract, sea salt, and ice cubes. Place everything into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until the mixture achieves a thick, creamy consistency.
  3. Drizzle some caramel sauce along the inside of a tall glass for presentation, then set it aside.
  4. Pour the shake into the prepared glass, allowing the caramel drizzle to swirl with the shake. Top with whipped cream and an extra drizzle of caramel.
