- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in lobster meat and crab meat, cooking for 2-3 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine seafood mixture with cream cheese and shredded mozzarella, mix well.
- Cook the jumbo shells in salted boiling water for 9-11 minutes until al dente, then drain and cool.
- Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in the same skillet, sprinkle in flour, and stir until bubbly.
- Gradually whisk in heavy cream, stirring until the sauce thickens, then add cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pour a thin layer of sauce in a baking dish, stuff shells and place seam-side up.
- Pour remaining sauce over stuffed shells, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving and garnish with extra Parmesan or herbs.
