Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Stir in lobster meat and crab meat, cooking for 2-3 minutes, then set aside to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine seafood mixture with cream cheese and shredded mozzarella, mix well.
  4. Cook the jumbo shells in salted boiling water for 9-11 minutes until al dente, then drain and cool.
  5. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in the same skillet, sprinkle in flour, and stir until bubbly.
  6. Gradually whisk in heavy cream, stirring until the sauce thickens, then add cheeses until melted and smooth.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pour a thin layer of sauce in a baking dish, stuff shells and place seam-side up.
  8. Pour remaining sauce over stuffed shells, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving and garnish with extra Parmesan or herbs.
