- Thaw cod fillets in the refrigerator overnight if frozen, then pat dry with paper towels.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Combine panko and Italian bread crumbs in a large bowl and set aside.
- Whisk eggs and milk in a separate bowl, then add garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, Italian seasoning, and Mrs. Dash. Mix well.
- Dip each cod fillet in the egg mixture, ensuring even coating. Let excess egg drip off.
- Roll each fillet in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently for an even layer.
- Lightly spray breaded fillets with cooking oil and arrange in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for about 8 minutes, then flip fillets and cook for an additional 3 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with lemon slices and garnish with parsley.
