For Assembly
  • 12 count Wonton Wrappers can use lettuce wraps for low-carb option
  • 1 cup Sweet Chili Sauce can substitute with sriracha
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro can substitute with parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds optional for presentation

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the wonton wrappers in a 9x13 baking dish and spray with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake the wonton wrappers for 7 to 8 minutes until slightly firm and golden, then continue to bake for an additional 7 to 8 minutes until crispy.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken with hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and fresh ginger, mixing well.
  5. Sauté the chicken mixture in a skillet over high heat for about 7 to 8 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Prepare the slaw by mixing coleslaw mix, green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey until well coated.
  7. Fill the crispy wonton shells with the chicken mixture and top with the slaw, drizzling with sweet chili sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds before serving warm.
