  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon Additional Salt To taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Additional Black Pepper To taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse the cauliflower, pat dry, and cut into evenly-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the seasoned cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. While baking, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and herbs in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
  6. Once baked, transfer the cauliflower to a platter, garnish with parsley, and serve warm with the garlic sauce.
