- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Blend ½ cup of dry black beans in a high-speed blender for 15-20 seconds to make black bean flour.
- Combine the black bean flour with ½ teaspoon of sea salt in a medium bowl.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of avocado oil into the bowl and mix well. Gradually add ½ cup of water until the batter is slightly runny.
- Pour teaspoonfuls of the batter onto the baking sheets, leaving space between them and gently press down with a fork.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then flip each chip and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
