Step-by-Step Instructions for Crispy Black Bean Chips
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Blend ½ cup of dry black beans in a high-speed blender for 15-20 seconds to make black bean flour.
  3. Combine the black bean flour with ½ teaspoon of sea salt in a medium bowl.
  4. Pour 2 tablespoons of avocado oil into the bowl and mix well. Gradually add ½ cup of water until the batter is slightly runny.
  5. Pour teaspoonfuls of the batter onto the baking sheets, leaving space between them and gently press down with a fork.
