- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded imitation crab meat, finely sliced green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond position. Add 1-2 tablespoons of the creamy filling into the center and seal the egg roll.
- In a deep skillet or heavy saucepan, pour enough neutral oil to cover the bottom by 1-2 inches. Heat the oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully add the prepared egg rolls to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
