- In a bowl, mix imitation crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, and sugar until smooth.
- Roll out the puff pastry to an even thickness and spread the crab filling over it, leaving a ¼ inch border.
- Tightly roll the pastry into a log, seal the edges, and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
- Slice the log into ½ inch thick pinwheels and arrange them on the baking sheets.
