  • 1 teaspoon Sugar Optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix imitation crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry to an even thickness and spread the crab filling over it, leaving a ¼ inch border.
  4. Tightly roll the pastry into a log, seal the edges, and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
  5. Slice the log into ½ inch thick pinwheels and arrange them on the baking sheets.
  6. Whisk the egg and brush it onto each pinwheel. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving with dipping sauces like Thai Sweet Chili or spicy mayonnaise.
