Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and chop your chosen vegetables into small, bite-sized pieces and set aside.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan until it reaches around 350°F (175°C).
  4. Carefully drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove the pakoras from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  6. Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
