Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and pat dry the potatoes, then cut into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
  2. Combine onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika in a medium bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix into a paste.
  3. Add potato cubes to the spice mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  4. For the Air Fryer, preheat to 400°F (200°C) and cook seasoned potatoes for about 18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. For the Oven, preheat to 425°F (220°C), spread potatoes on a baking sheet, and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning once.
  6. In a small pan, sauté minced garlic in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until fragrant, then add cayenne, cilantro, paprika, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  7. Once cooked, toss the potatoes with cilantro sauce and serve hot.
