  1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel.

  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown.
  5. For extra crunch, air fry the baked bites at 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  6. Cool for a few minutes on a wire rack before serving with dipping sauce.
