- Place the frozen meatballs into the crockpot and evenly space them, then pour marinara sauce over and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until the meatballs are tender.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and optionally spread butter on the insides of sliced hoagie rolls, then toast them for 5-7 minutes.
- Assemble the subs by placing 4-5 meatballs into each toasted hoagie roll and topping with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Broil the assembled subs in the oven for 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
