Preparation
  1. Begin by washing and drying four mini or Persian cucumbers and a bunch of radishes. Thinly slice the cucumbers and radishes.
  2. Transfer them into a mixing bowl, and add 3 tablespoons of fresh dill and ¼ cup of chives.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat.
