- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Unroll one can of refrigerated crescent roll dough and press it into the greased baking dish, sealing any seams.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the filling evenly over the crescent roll dough base with a spatula.
- Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it over the filling, sealing seams.
- Brush melted butter over the top of the dough, then sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and sugar evenly over it.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until the top is golden brown and edges are bubbly.
