Baking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted peanut butter, sugar, mashed bananas, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually sift in cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, then add vanilla extract. Fold in all-purpose flour gently.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and spread evenly. Optionally, add banana slices on top.
- Bake for approximately 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for about 20 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.
- Melt peanut butter in the microwave, then drizzle over the cooled banana bread.
