- Prepare the Pan: Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Make the Crust: Pulse Oreo cookies to fine crumbs. Melt the unsalted butter and dark chocolate together. Mix with cookie crumbs and press into pan.
- Mix the Filling: Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Melt dark chocolate with heavy whipping cream and stir until smooth. Let cool slightly.
