- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and half and half until combined. Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt.
- Poke holes in Hawaiian rolls to allow custard absorption.
- Dip each roll into the custard mixture, soaking for about 30 seconds.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, add butter and swirl to coat the surface.
- Cook soaked rolls for 30-60 seconds on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
- Top with fresh berries and maple syrup before serving.
