Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add rolled oats, almond flour, and protein powder. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold fresh blueberries into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to crush them.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet mixture, stirring gently until a dough-like consistency forms.
  5. Using a tablespoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  6. Place the rolled protein bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
  7. Transfer the bites to an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer preservation.
