Method
 

Preparing the Chicken
  1. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  2. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
Assembling the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, drained black beans, corn, diced red onion, reduced-fat shredded cheese, cubed avocado, and chopped cilantro. Toss gently to distribute flavors.
