Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Thinly slice the skinless chicken thigh fillets and add them to the marinade, making sure each piece is evenly coated by massaging the marinade into the chicken.
  3. Place the marinated chicken along with all the marinade into a skillet or wok. Add about a cup of water and bring the mixture to a simmer over medium-high heat.
  4. Once the water has evaporated, add a splash of cooking oil to the skillet and gently fry the chicken, stirring occasionally.
