  2. Grate 90 grams of fresh zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, mashed banana, maple syrup, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Add a pinch of salt and mix until well combined.
  4. Add the drained zucchini to the wet mixture and fold in gently.
  5. Sift together the oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt, then stir into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Mix in the choice of milk until the batter is smooth and creamy, then fold in the chocolate chips.
